Renting Premises for Alcohol Business

Q.) I would like to know whether or not it is permissible to rent a property to an establishment selling liquor/alcohol? [Zubair Daud]

A.) It is not permissible to rent out a property to an establishment selling liquor and alcohol. Allah Ta'ala says, 'And do not assist in sin'. (Maaidah)
