Fish Fried in Oil Used for non-Zabiha Chicken

| Q.) I was interested in getting a fatwah about eating fish. I live in the United States and we have a restaurant called the Long John Silver. They fry their fish in the same oil they use to fry their chicken. The chicken they are frying is not Zabiha. I wanted to know if its ok to eat that fish they are frying in that chicken oil? |
A.) It is not permissible to eat the fish fried in the oil used to cook non-Zabiha chickens.
