Q.) My wife and I performed Hajj in the year 2000. Can we perform it again in 2003?

Are there restrictions and or recommendation on performing Hajj every year? Can I leave my 12 year old daughter who has attained puberty in care of my cousin and her husband?

Jazak Allahu Khairan

A.) Hajj becomes Fardh on a person once in a lifetime if he has the means of performing Hajj. Thereafter, any Hajj one may perform is Nafl. Nafl is such that one may fulfill it as many times as he may please. (Tahtawi vol.1 pg.595)

Performing Nafl Hajj is very meritorious. However, if those around the Haaji are in dire need, then the giving of Sadaqah would be more meritorious. (Raddul Mukhtaar vol.2 pg.621)

In principle, a female who has attained puberty cannot stay with a non-Mahram. Alternate arrangements must be made even if it means that the female has to stay with her grandfather in another town. And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
