Q.) One friend of mine is going to start a carry out food service and the establishment is situated at the center of the non-Muslim area. He will be selling pizza, chicken, and Chinese food. He wants to know if he can keep pork, not to use the pork money for himself but to pay non-Muslim employee wages. [Munawar Ali]

A.) Pork is expressly prohibited in the Qur'an. It is not permissible to sell pork even to non-Muslims. The income from the sales of pork will be haram and cannot be used to pay the wages of non-Muslim employees. And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
