Using Zakat for Distributing Qur'an to Non-Muslims

Q.) Is it allowed to use Zakat money to purchase Qur'an to be distributed to the non-Muslims?

A.) No, it is not allowed to use Zakat money to purchase copies of Qur'an and distribute them to non-Muslims.
