Missing Dua Qunoot in Witr Salat

A.) To recite any dua in the third rakat of witr is wajib.
It is not permissible to deliberately omit the dua. If one forgets to make the dua, he must make up for that by performing sajdah-e-sahw at the end of the salat. And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
