Q.Is soap considered part of the Halq to get out of ihram, or does its use make sadaqah or dum due on a person?

A. Scented soap must not be used for shaving the head prior to coming out of Ihram. According to my knowledge, the soap used by the hairdressers in Makkah/Mina is generally unscented. This should be verified.
