Q.) I was interested in getting a fatwah about eating fish. I live in the United States and we have a restaurant called the Long John Silver. They fry their fish in the same oil they use to fry their chicken. The chicken they are frying is not Zabiha. I wanted to know if its ok to eat that fish they are frying in that chicken oil?

A.) It is not permissible to eat the fish fried in the oil used to cook non-Zabiha chickens.
